My brother-in-law bought a Cube Ltd Race a couple of weeks ago, the seat has started to fray and the shop refuses to deal with it saying that it's frayed because the seat was too high (he's a tall fella).
I know they're wrong, sales of goods act and all that so we'll get it sorted, but has anyone else heard of a seat fraying in a couple of weeks?
I told him not to use this shop but once he gets an idea in his mind. . .
