Custom sublimation t-shirts

I've had a look online but cannae find anywhere who does a custom service other than for stock designs.

I am looking to re-create a 1970s football top in t-shirt form - I tried Toffs, but they are no longer responding to my emails, and I have asked them to at least tell me to p*ss off cos I follow a diddy team rather than just ignore me

Anyone know of a decent quality option?
