I know that the responsibility to insure bicycle acquired through said scheme is the leasers duty.
However, it does seem a bit unfair.
My NHS Trust operates the 'Cars For NHS' scheme, where for a set amount per month, you can apparantly get any car you want (if you can pay the lease fee from your bank account)
Servicing, VED, tyres, etc.... are all included
You just have to fuel it
Insurance is also part of the package, & covers (so I'm led to believe) any qualified driver living at the same address as the leaser!!!
it seems rather odd that the same facility can't be built into 'C2W'????

Yes, I know, that we don't legally have insurance, but that's not the point (so to speak), if a leased vehicle is covered for theft, surely something else eased to an worker of the same employee should have the same rights/cover???
Or am I wrong here?
