Why is it when I am driving along cycles seem to get in the way to day one got in my way and I had to brake or hit him.

Can they stay in lain and not drift all over the place.

Then if I had hit him it would of been my fault.

Not happy!

I do cycle my self now and again, but with in recent years I had to give it up due to health problems, so rely more and more on my car. My point is this, when I used to cycle I was hit on a number of occasions, all I am saying is this why is gods name can't cycles be more carful.
I don't want to lose my licence as I need the car for work.

All you people that want to moan about people in cars, can let it off in here, its all been said before.
Now shhhhh moaning:rolleyes:
This peasant can go forth and multiply if he thinks coming on here and asking questions is going to get him anywhere.

With all due respect I've never had a cyclist drift into my path when overtaking in a car, I've had turning across me & pavement hopping without looking. When giving proper room, at least 2/3 lane width (& that's 2/3 on wide could be 3 lane road), it's damn hard for a cyclist to 'drift' into the path of a car as it requires some fairly radical bike movement.

sorry. I was just venting. I did not mean to say that all cyclist drift. I guess it just the ones with a death wish how do or who are still hung over.

Some of the roads I go down are narrow and as a result some times you can't give the person the room they need.

I hope I have not pissed any one off two much.

Bye.

Tough, your in on it.

John, you have come on and stereotyped, either you thought all/most of us didn't know how to ride a bicycle safely and you as the motorist knew what you were talking about or you thought you could educate us in some way.
Either way, you thought you knew best.
I don't know, bloody motorists, cluttering up our roads, polluting our environment and stressing us all out. For gods sake man, don't come on and pollute this crap hole area we entertain ourselves on aswell with the vile speal which comes out of yer pie hole.
