My friend was cycling in her White Stuff coat before Christmas and looked fantastic and made me feel decidedly un-chic beside her!

Ach, if we go down that road then we will have to get a stylish bike to go with the stylish attire, then we end up worried somebody will steal the bike ...

Well I did get the stylish bike to go with the stylish attire, but for the most part it stays in the garage (such a shame) whilst I'm out on the much more practical commuterized mountain bike.

All that said, I haven't ridden at all since 29th Nov (the day before I was taken ill) and I'm spending most of my time in PJ' s and slippers at present. How stylish is that?

Welcome to the Chic CycleChatters gang, Jan. please share all your chic cycle style tips, Oxford iis the cycling style capital, surely?

Unfortunately I have no chic cycle style tips. I was actually told by someone I looked rather shabby in my cycle kit, mind you, they are a fan of Lycra and I am not. One of the benefits of owning two bikes though is that when I was meeting a friend in town for a drink, I could dress up and wear my heels and get away with it on the Pashley
