Cycle crash yesterday at Bakers Arms?

Yesterday morning (Tue 24 Jul) I saw a cyclist being carried away on a stretcher at the Bakers Arms junction (East London). Some witness told me the cyclist jumped the light "as it was turning red" and ploughed into a garbage truck that was turning right going in the opposite direction.

Anyone got more details?
