Following a post on the Bargains thread I placed an order for a set of SRAM Rival brakes from the above company - they were showing as low stock at the time and out of stock the next day so I thought my order had taken the last pair. However I received an email from Dan Storey apologising for a stock error and that they were actually out of stock when my order was placed.
Instead of cancelling my order as most companies would do, Cycle Division offered to upgrade the order to a set of SRAM Force brakes instead - free of charge!. This is despite this being my first purchase from them.
They turned up today - brand new and complete with Swissstop green pads so I thought I would post a public thank you and recommendation to Cycle Division here.
