Cycle path and lanes

Do you report the bad ones in your area and if so how much detail do you go into and have they done anything?

I noticed loads around my area which needs to be redesigned as it brings a huge risk factor to cyclists and pedestrians and possible confrontation with other road vehicles as some leads you right into the road after a "blind spot turning." <Another cyclist mentioned this to me when someone yelled at him "use the cycle lane"

You can try reporting the fault, I've had a couple of successes, and plenty they haven't done anything about. My latest very minor one I'm still working on is trying to get part of a path swept. The annoying thing is that they have sweep the next section twice since I raised the problem, and not swept the reported section at all.
