For those of you that live in Kent or are passing through, may I recommend a pub called The Freewheel that has recently opened in Graveney, a small village near Faversham. It is a dedicated cyclists pub which offers real ales, food, coffee and CAKES!!
There is also a fully fitted cyclist`s workshop within the pub!
Postcode- ME13 9DR

Was that once called the Four Horseshoes? I've ridden that road a few times and was curious enough to google it. Is that the one?
It is indeed!! I only noticed the change of name as I passed on one of my "circuits" which prompted some investigation. Popped in for a beer, friendly folk behind the bar, worth a look if your in the area.

Whats the Hill report in that area DM ?
Flatulent as a pancake - though strangely the street has hill in its name just there. Head Hill I think, but it's only in the head - it's not a real one. There may be a slight rise over the railway which crosses by the pub. It's on the road between Fav and Whit and it's all pretty flat there. The Friday's Whitstable route passes it.
