So long as what they're taught is good, can't be a bad thing. Saw something like at least 30 of what looked like shiny new students cyling in a little line on Sidney Street at lunchtime, all of them clinging so close to the kerb that you could barely see daylight between rubber and (very low) kerbstone. They seemed to be trying to let a taxi overtake them, but he was having none of it, and the cyclists at the back of the line looked decidedly uncomfortable with things.
