hi
anyone still riding with good old fashioned toe clips?

i need a pair of decent pair of shoes to cycle in, something comfy but with good stiffness.
i don't do huge miles, 40/50m would be my longest runs at weekends

:bicycle:ta

Aldi have their shoes back in store soon, you don't need to remove the cleat cover and they are fairly stiff, comfy and cheap.

Well with them you can use spd cleats, I have never tried myself only just started using clips, since my feet started slipping a little in the wet. If you do get them, make sure the screws are tight i lost one.

One more thing I have done over 1400 miles in them (or there abouts) in two months. and apart from the expected wear there ok.
