Cycle Storage at Waterloo

Hi All

This weekend I bought my first bike in about 15 years and and planning on easing into commuting every day on it. Blog post here.

Initially I am planning on getting my normal train from Wimbledon to Waterloo and then cycling to Canary Wharf. Getting the bike on the train is ok but I'd rather not do it everyday.

What are people's thoughts on leaving the bike at Waterloo overnight? I think that there is a big bike store at Waterloo but I don't know how much of a good idea it is to leave bikes there.

Any thoughts / ideas welcome.

Why don't you get yourself a folder, Brompton or such like? That way you wont have to leave at the station

Looking at your blog, it's not a new saddle you need. Your arse needs to get used to it, it will take a little while. Get yourself some good padded undercrackers... and things will feel better

also make sure your saddle is set at the right height otherwise knee problems can ensue.
