Done but I really hate surveys where two bands apply to some thing

0-10, 10-15 should be 0-9.9, 10-15.9, 16-20 etc. Same for ages.

Done but I think it left stuff out.

I only really tend to ride to work if its nice and a Friday (dress down). I don't want to get to work and have to shower and get dressed and I don't want to cycle in my work clothes. It's only a short commute so if its a nice day and its dress down then I'll cycle but take it easy.

Otherwise, can't be bothered. I'm a mostly a fair weather, for pleasure cyclist
