Cycle Tour

Hello...
I have a question about touring, I have just recently regestered and Im hoping someone here will be able to help me.
Im planning a cycling tour with my girlfriend...the first part of the tour will be from Amsterdam to Bergen....Any ideas what the best route is (prefferably sticking to cycling routes as much as possible)...Any links you know of that may be helpful...Plus how long do you think it will take...Any information would be greatly appreciated...I have checked out a few sites and looked at different ways of doing this but I thought I should ask the pros...
One more question...Do you think it would then be possible to cycle from Norway to Italy???or do you think were going overboard...we do have a year to spare!!!

Look up the North Sea Cycle Route it will get you from Amsterdam to Norway.

It's unfair to ask for expected pace as that is really for you to determine. You know your fitness and pace - work it out from there.

Of course its possible to cycle from Norway to Italy.

Try plotting a route on www.viamichelin.com and select the bike option to get quiet roads suggested. Do the route planning in legs of less than 200km otherwise the planner takes its bat home and sulks.
