I voted Beau Brummel, before looking at the current voting to see he's in the lead. I'd say Beau Brummel was the archetypal dandy, spending far more time in deciding what to wear than the time he actually spent wearing it! I must say though, I'm slightly disappointed that my hero wasn't in the poll!!🧐

It's a nice brolly, hence the nice price, but you have to remember most umbrellas can blow inside out in strong winds no matter their price. Yes, the more expensive ones should have a well made sturdy frame, but even so one must take care when opening one's umbrella in very strong winds!! 🧐
