Originally told bike would be dispatched two days ago and delivered Thursday. Thursday was yesterday. I phoned them again and was then told that it would be dispatched today (Friday) and arrive early next week (Monday/Tuesday) am not keeping my hopes up!

Am going to call again later today and tell them that unless it is dispatched today they can cancel my order.

I've bought two Giant bikes from them in the last two years, and their prices were excellent.

The first one I found a better price elsewhere so they did price match, and then the second was £50 cheaper than anything else I could find.

I did a bit of research on line and then visited the Liverpool (Wirral) store to purchase and collect.

So, my experiences were good ones.
