Cycling and hearing aids

Somebody on here mentioned the inconvenience cause by wind noise from hearing aids when riding. I don't usually wear mine when riding but I mention it because I was at the audiologist today and it turned out she was a keen cyclist so the subject came up. As those of you who need an aid will know, they usually come with 3 different settings and you can pick from about 6 options that are mose useful ... one that reduces background noise, one that enhances voices on the tv and it seems one that minimises wind noise while riding. Just thought I'd mention it in case anyone was interested.

I think that must have been me.. Thanks for that tip, I'll certainly try it.

and it seems one that minimises wind noise while riding.

You can achieve the same effect having extra padding in the shorts.
