We used to go this way a lot (generally in the car), between the wifes Aunty and Haworth, up Stocks Lane

We also used to know someone who lived at Wainstalls, by Cold Edge Dam(?), in old cottages


I was always very taken with Peel House, halfway up, in fact I still like that architectural style

Escaping Pateley Bridge is horrid whichever way you go.

No it is not.

But it is years since I have pedalled out of it.
