My wired Lidl one claims it does, I've never used it though.

Interference between wireless computers and some lights on flash does seem to be more common than you might expect. It is quite a localised effect though and putting a good space between light and computer does reduce the problem. Just putting the light on high eliminates the problem as well.

What about the functions? I've been looking at VDO A4 and A8 wireless and wonder if I really need the extra offered with the A8. Can anyone give a bit of user insight?

I find the average speed useful to record after the ride, so that I can see if my commuting performance changes over time...

yip I moved mine further away on the commuter, no more interference.

I have a Cateye Strada Cordless - I particularly like the fact that instead of a button on the top, the whole top of the unit is pushed down to jump between functions

I am also really pleased that I have it set very accurately now . It over-read by only 350m over a 96km route (compared with my Garmin GPS). Just need to work out how to reset it the circumference and by how much!

yes, just had a look on their site, seems to be some very good priced ones which do all I want. Although I've seen that hte wired ones do temp' too, where as the wireless dont ( Aslo read a review which said their front pulsating light interfered with the computer. You had any issues like that? thanks

I have a Cateye Strada and a Vetra. I prefer the Vetra as it's 10 pound cheaper, and seems to default to the Odometer, where the Strada you have to keep pressing it cycle thru all the useless stuff before the Odometer comes up, then if you leave it for a short while it defaults back to the time and you have to cycle again.

Not entirely sure what the extra 10 pound is buying either.

Not had any problems with interference (well once, but I had the Strada I just bought boxed up in a front pannier probably crosstalking with the Vetra on the bike).
