Cycling/cycle hire in midlands and Birmingham

Going to Brum and surrounds to visit my family next week. I was going to take my bike with me on the train but decided against it as a full sizer would be hard to handle with the luggage I'm taking (I wish I had a folder or toured at this point) as the road bike is not set up with panniers and rack etc. Besides have to bring back an amp and no doubt copious amounts of food items so didn't fancy carrying it all only back as well.

Does anyone know of a good cycle hire option? Despite growing up there I didn't cycle much until I came down to the smoke. The slow public transport drives me mad and I'd like the flexibility to be able to get about easier...one thing I'm dreading is the hills. I've not cycled much in five months so midlands cycling may be a big ask!

Not sure of hire options but if you're in the Stourbridge area I have a perfectly serviceable old clunker of a rigid MTB that you're welcome to borrow for the duration of your stay. Not pretty but should get you about.

"On Your Bike" do cycle hire. Also probably worth asking Sprocket Cycles, although they don't advertise hire.
