Hello,

Just joined cycle chat and wondered whether any members could offer advice on Land's End to Tunbridge Wells using quieter roads. Looking to cycle 50-70mls per day depending on terrain and using road bikes so won't be able to do Camel Trail etc. First time doing a ride of this length, but did the Vatternrundan a few years ago and would highly recommend.

Cheers

If you haven't already, look at www.bikeroutetoaster.com. Dead good and it uses roads you can ride on (not motorways).Worth actually finding out if the parts it picks are alright, but it's a good start.

The Camel should be do-able on a road bike,it's a nice smooth surface and not just for MTB's.Should be a good ride though but those Cornish and Devon hills do hurt !
