I have some Decathlon and some very similar Chiba waterproof ones that seem to be waterproof but sweaty. My solution is some old Windstopper Biemme gloves (from Deckie too I think) plus some odd overgloves that came with some ski gloves from Timberland. Huge so allow an extra layer of warmth. If super cold I add in some wool or silk liner gloves too.
I also carry these for emergencies http://www.completecareshop.co.uk/products/large/Blue_Nitrile_Gloves_Extra_Large.jpg and if you can get them onto dry hands then get the wet gloves back on top you have a warm dry layer, even if a little sweaty eventually.
Another tip is to carry a fresh dry pair of gloves in a sealed sandwich bag and rip open in the last hour of a long ride to save the misery of cold wet hands
