My stepson and his girlfriend have written about some of there experience in Taiwan including some cycling near to Hualien City

Well worth a read as i was surprised about the cost and conditions of the cycle paths

I have read a lot of positive things about cycling in Taiwan. It seems too good to be true. Fantastic scenery as well on the East, North and South coasts. The west is heavily industrialised.

Must admit iwas amazed at the picture's they sent us , much better than anything i have seen in the uk
