How do you know if the woman you are staring at had preciously been sexually assaulted or harassed? You don't, as I've already explained, so pack it in.

No. It's unwarranted, rude and obnoxious leering in public. You are apparently unable to see how horrible your behaviour is. I don’t get where the presumption that being ‘gawped at’ or leered at is a ‘nice’ thing… at times, it can be creepy as hell. Try putting yourself in the woman's shoes.
You sir, are a troll. The Political correct party is to your left through the exist door. By the way I'm going to cycle home tonight and stare at men and women just for the sake of equal rights.

So if a woman on her own was walking down a lane at night on her own and a man is approaching her staring at her breasts, do you admit she may feel threatened?

Now imagine it's the same alley in the daytime, but no one is around. Potentially alarming?

Imagine it's daytime in an open street but she has previously been a victim of sexual assault. Terrifying?

No one knows what stories people have. It's common bloody decency to not openly gawp and leer because you have no idea how that person feels about it.

You seem to be defending the right of a man to make a woman feel self conscious, embarrassed, threatened or all of the above because he happens to find her attractive?

God forbid the man is black. The woman would assume all sorts of prejudice ideas.

He's made it quite clear in the post you've quoted that he isn't staring at women. Why do persist in saying that he does and then falsely attribute to him that he thinks it nice to be 'gawped at' and 'leered at''? You're making stuff up.

Pack it in.
