Club run, steady run of 45 miles at just over 19 mph average, lost a lot of time after a big hill as we have a no drop policy and waited for stragglers.

Just got back from my club run - 51 miles climbing 2141 feet around the Cotswolds. A great morning out, bit chilly to start with though!

It's very bright north west of London. Hopefully the city will be warm, too.

Luckily no rain here today, although in the morning we had fog which kept collecting on my helmet and dripping down on to me. As soon as we climbed in to the Cotswolds above the fog it was lovely and sunny.

I had the worst day cycling today.. almost 5 incidents. I'm not impressed argh one woman drove over a freaking concrete separator from the motorway because she missed her turn off. I couldn't believe my eyes!

I had a rather hard ride yesterday, hard enough to leave my heart beating harder than normal several hours later (i'm out of touch and condition).
Easy day at home today and intended to part cycle commute tommorrow, but that always puts me in a terrible rush...so went for 45 minutes early this evening. Its nothing really, but keeps the legs going, nice to get out when the motivations not really there.
