if they really want to make it safer they have to start with seperate cycle path's next to dual carriageways instead of the current warnings signs for cyclist at every exit. In town centers and smaller streets every street should have a red bicycle suggestion zone. Ans also when it is dark it would be cool if the Police start fining cyclist not having lightning on their bike.

I don't have lightning on my bike because I got fed up with getti g electric shocks up my bottom.

I'm backing it, my email is sent. With the possible exception of the Dutch reach, I found it all eminently sensible.
