Or even an 'Ass Saver'. They were giving Ass Saver clones away at the Tour de Yorkshire so I took one. A simple idea, but much better than nothing.

It's uncomfortable, I agree. Before things like Crud Guards came along we used to do Polaris trailqests, which sometimes meant seven hours off road in the rain and believe me, a shorts pad full of gritty water is not good. We discovered that a fingerful of Vaseline smeared on the rusty bullet hole helped to prevent soreness.
