Amsterdam often has a very agreeable aroma.Yeah but they eat loads of lentils and I'm guessing it'll be a bit smelly.

That's not true. You obviously make your own curry paste, so it might be true in your kitchen, but generally green curry is hotter than red.Red is a bit hotter, with more chilli and tomato puree. Green is a bit fresher tasting with basil and coriander. Both have lemongrass, ginger, garlic, lime, fish sauce, coconut milk...
