I jump green lights all the time. .

You must have very low green lights round your way. I struggle to get my road bike more than a foot off the ground

I think a lot of people do visit Amsterdam for the Green District.

Amsterdam often has a very agreeable aroma.

Red is a bit hotter, with more chilli and tomato puree. Green is a bit fresher tasting with basil and coriander. Both have lemongrass, ginger, garlic, lime, fish sauce, coconut milk...

That's not true. You obviously make your own curry paste, so it might be true in your kitchen, but generally green curry is hotter than red.
