Second hand information, but the industrial strength stuff is no longer available and the problem is just getting worse. One course I know some of the greenkeeping staff, tell me they have large quantities of the good stuff stockpiled and don't yet have an issue.

Wildlife is dying out all over the place!
DLL ... I hardly see them any more. Wasps ... I used to be plagued by them every summer - I haven't seen one yet this year. Sparrows, starlings etc. - a tiny fraction of the numbers that I saw as a child.
Cars however ... there are more than four times as many on the roads now as there were when I was young!
