Dalby Forest

We're off to a cottage near Dalby Forest tomorrow for a week, will be visiting the trials but is there anywhere else around o visit as well, my 9YO grandson will be with me so nothing too adventurous but he's good for 25 rolling MTB miles.

Depends where you are going to be but there's the cinder path out of Scarborough that heads along the coast towards Whitby. A bit steep though in a couple of places, but actually quite a fun ride - I did it a couple of years ago when I was staying in Whitby with family - got the train to Scarborough and road up.

Plenty doable on a road bike so easy on an MTB.
