I and a few friends are off to the Isle of Wight for the annual randonee this weekend. Rain is predicted for saturday and sunday morning with wind speeds of around the 15-20mph. it will be another test of character and stamina.

We haven't had any serious rain for months and the turf I laid last week would appreciate it.

i welcome it as i did loads of of grass seeding and planting of shrubs a few weeks back and its all suffering now .
