You need to watch out for flying twigs this windy weather .

Its up to the person I personally would not go out without one. I have two a bright coloured one I wear in winter and a somber coloured one for summer. I love my head its been with me as long as I can remember.

and wearing that helmet, the branch might have caught the front of it, pushing your head down and snapping your neck, come on man, think outside the box here wont ya

A proper fitting helmet shouldn't strangle you....
