You'd better let us peer-review it or you might start a taxi war against cyclists!
I doubt many taxi drivers read it, but probably worth doing all the same.
Would you be willing to post your article to this forum? I'd be interested in reading it if that's okay.
I should start the article off by saying something like "Cyclists deserve what they get". You could then go on to point out that they don't pay road tax. A strong finishing statement along the lines that "None of them know anything about professional driving" should guarantee a strong resonance with your audience.
