Darren's £25 bike .

Well we did spend another £65 on it .New back wheel ,two tyres and bar tape .Handover day tomorrow .I did take a few more photos at different angles .But this site refused them anfd its too much of a faff to shrink them .So you are only getting this one .

How did Darren like the bike [in the vain hope he hated it and refused to accept it....]

His first road ride today .He is a natural .We have hooked another .Its his 17th birthday on friday .But he wants to ride out with us to York .Hes hooked .The bike well what can i say .Stunning a bargain .From being unloved hanging in a scruffy garage to a thing of beauty it gleams .And whats weird ,it seems to have come alive .It glides over the road .This lad is a joy to be out with .He has thousands of miles of cycling to come .He loves the countryside .And i only took him to Weston /Askwith near Otley about 36 miles .And two cafe stops,well i do need my cuppas .
