Dating a Quinn frame

I’ve recently acquired a Harry Quinn frame , I’m trying to find out any details I can , age , whoever had it made originally etc , any help appreciated, cheers

The real ones have a frame number beginning "Q", where the Q is made from a 0 and 1 stamp overlapping. Any other number means it's one of the badge-engineered frames made under Falcon ownership. The frame numbers msy be hard to read if the frame has been chromed or powdercoated.
