So a good start to the morning.No filling to do i was faster.I also used a small roller for the wall to ceiling painting,no brush marks,my word second coat of white looks good.So Monday first coat of two of the final colour.Tuesday i will undercoat the woodwork,Wednesday again i will undercoat the woodwork,Thursday i will put the first of two coats of the final colour has to be two because it's crap paint got it from B & Q it really is bad.But Mrs P likes it,maybe she ought to be putting it on.Friday final coat of emulsion,a weekend off then Monday final coat of woodwork,then that's it.Best thing is painting is about two hours then about an hour to tidy up,not killing myself this time.

Day three and i am fed up.I think at 75 i am now too old to be larking about doing such big jobs.This morning i could not be bothered.The paint is crap.Two coats of white emulsion were done good stuff covered fantastically, today first coat of final colour,it is so thin brush marks and little roller marks are showing.So bolls to the final coat,i will now do two white undercoats one top coat of the satinwood finish that paint is also crap,final 4th coat of emulsion then final coat of satinwood maybe Saturday or Monday next week.Going to talk to Mrs P about getting someone in for the kitchen bedroom and front room,or buy a better paint.Not happy at all,this is a grind.
