Ive been in that position before.

Amateurs; or the photo has been photo-shopped. If that was the division I used to work in, there would be someone robbing the taxi driver; the parked car would be on bricks and probably in flames; and there would be a crowd of at least 20 getting round the Police ready to help out their "mate" who has been wrongfully arrested. The shop windows aren't even boarded up! Looks like a scene from any quaint village on New Years Eve .
