I was well reassured today. Yesterday I ordered online a rain poncho from a bricks & mortar store that also sells online. Arrived fine but large is too big so I called them to arrange return and to buy the size small.
And ... few moments and ... "will be with you tomorrow" and I offered my credit card as I'll have two and paid for one and they said "don't worry as you'll be sending one back and best you have both to try and compare then return the one you don't want".
Great that in these days of fraud, mistrust, online (SCAMs) that people can still trust people they don't know. Restored some faith in human nature.
