Not to be trusted considering the number of marked and unmarked company vehicles where the employees are happily chatting on the phone.Gladly they seem to have stamped it out on buses and black cabs.

On the way back from Brussels on a coach after the country went on strike the other year 2012 i think..massive train strike and everything else..

euro star bussed us to Lille to catch the train
sat high up in a coach you can see what all the truck drivers are doing.
eating ,drinking rolling fags, phones you name it..probabley tv ...
scary realy when you they're in charge of a 40 ton truck

Even scarier when in a coach on an Italian motorway. Drivers sitting side-on with feet out on top of the dashboard, multiple food containers arranged around the driver, open newspapers across the steering wheel and dashboard etc etc. I watched one driver put spread on some bread while controlling the wheel with one elbow.
