Hello and welcome. Boardmans are fantastic bikes.....although what made you go for the cx rather than the roadie ?

Good evening, I don't know really. I had a route I used to ride on my mountain bike and although mostly road I liked running down a few green lanes on the way home. I'll probably run road tyres in the summer though.

CX bikes are a hoot, and despite their gearing can be easily used on road as well.

The only trouble I found was when I had mine I had to put road tyres on it because it was turning me into a bloody hooligan, I'd go almost anywhere on it.

That's another bike I wish I'd never sold
