Apparently he wrote a lot of stuff for other singers.

I enjoyed Ray Sawyers' mimicking of Mick Jagger in that video. I wonder how Jagger took it?

Also, good to note that the band did feature as the cover of the Rolling Stone after that hit, albeit as a caricature and not a photo.
