Derailleur hanger advice

Hi, new to this forum as I'm at a loss for what type to buy. I'm in the process of refurbishing my bike for cycling to work (its a good few years old, still usable but needing upgraded) and during the lockdown thought I'd give it a go myself.

However, I'm lost with which hanger to get as there's so many to choose..

My old derailleur, was that old, the hanger was attached to it, which I didn't realise until I took off to replace with a new one ( I bought the Shimano Cambio Post. 6/7v RD-TY300 Tourney TX Att. Dir from amazon)..

And advice on which one would be best for the below?
