Hello. I joined not long ago after a 23 break from cycling, due to a broken body.
The people here are nice and very helpful. They have answered a fair few stupi questions from me so far, so I'm sure you will like it here.

This fellow is quite old.. eighties? He has two artificial hips, one of which does not work properly, hence his twisted position on the bike. He is attempting a 240 KM ride, plus 17km to get to the start. The Health and safety police eventually persuade him to give up, only 3km from the finish, by promising him he will get his medal. At the end he says he still has to cycle home..... And he did it again this year, but finished in the allowed time window, and thus got his medal by right.
