...well by lunchtime at least. I have to provide a pud for 8 this evening so I need to get the ingredients this afternoon.
Nothing too complicated but something a little unusual would be good.

Thanks!:hungry:

Cheese Cake, all you need is Digestive biscuits (or Chocolate covered Digestive biscuits), Butter, Cream cheese and double cream. Will take about 1.5 hrs to make. But 1 hr is waiting for for base to set in the fridge

Mrs R made a great dessert last week! easy too! Some crushed ginger nuts biscuits in a large wineglass, few fresh raspberries on top then use syllabub recipe and put over raspberries (whip double cream and sugar add juice of half a lemon and zest) put raspberry on top and leave in fridge until serving. various alternatives to this on net. 10 mins max:smile:

I used the healthier option with half double cream/half 0% fat yoghurt!

Tescos pancakes... pop 2 each in toaster for slightly less than you'd toast bread so the don't burn with
fresh sliced banana and top with a scoop or tablespoon of Cornish Ice Cream.

Pop some maple syrup in a jug and warm gently in microwave for 15- 20 seconds or so then serve.

Less than 5 minutes!
