I have found these terrible and would not advise buying.
Pro's
They are cheap
Con's
They are very baggy around the ankle letting lots of rain in.
The zip is flimsy and looks like breaking very soon
The material is cheap feeling and not very waterproof
they dont provide much warmth
they look ugly when on (not that over shoes are that cool anyway)
