di2 customization

hi I've recently got a di2 set for my triathlon bike, and I've been wanting to do some customization on the etude app but it says that the firmware needed to be update. I tried in the etube app in the update tab but it still dosent work does anyone know how to do this. thank you

You can use E-Tube Project 3.4.5 to update the SM-BCR2.
It's a bit strange that you cannot do this using 4.0.4, but that's the way it is.
