I’m at my wits end. Bought a Cube agree back in March 2025, has nothing but issues since. Back to Tredz after a month for a new bottom bracket, four months waiting for a new fork, Cube dealership didn’t check the front brake caliper when replacing the fork so the disc was catching, I managed to sort that. Now the ultegra di2 is playing up. No shifting with the left shifter “paddles”. Etube cannot even see the paddles when connected. I’ve had to set up the top button to shift the front mech. Ultegra 12 speed di2, coin batteries are a full power. Any ideas.

Try to unpair ('customize' > 'add or remove shifter'.. or something like that... then tap the blue icon next to the paired shifters).
With the shifters unpaired, re-pair them using the app.

If that fails.. back to the shop

Yep off to shop for a “firmware update” bicycles are not simple anymore
