As long as I breathe, I attack.
I have no idea how to set up the resistance on my dumb trainer for a real life feel ?
Its only a basic turbo and has a max power of 500 watts ish , pre crash i was doing metric century rides at an average of 18 mph with 3000 feet of climbing at around 2.25 w/ kg avg ( strava gesstimate )for the ride
Today i did rgt free ride cap formentor at half resistance setting

Without an accurate power reading, the stats are meaningless.

You wont get that outdoor ride experience without a full variable resistance smart trainer

If the ride felt good with reasonable cadence and effort, that is good enough

Ride on feel and heart rate, especially if you're coming back from some injury.
