Tacx M10 axle nuts for turbo trainer

Bought some years ago but they've disappeared. Out of stock everywhere except in Europe, but Rose won't ship them to Brexit Island and other places want £30 postage. Anyone got a pair from an old trainer? Nothing else works, as the trainer clamp won't quite reach standard track nuts on a 120mm hub.

I've possibly got a TACX QR somewhere but that's not what you're after is it? You want nuts to enable you to clamp a bike with a solid axle into a TACX wheel-on trainer, izzat right?

It's possible that I may have accidentally acquired some, and if I have I won't need them because I now have a direct drive turbo. I'll look in my turbo-related junk box to see if there is anything that fits the bill. I seem to remember some mystery bits that I never used.
