Do we all see the same puzzle?

Yes but there are multiple way of doing the same thing.
i.e you can add two number together and the subtract them off another number or simply subtract each in turn - which gives a different pattern (+ - / - - ), as does doing the same constituent steps but in a different order.
Also the is more than one way to approach some of the puzzles.

Looking at 382 I can do it 2 different ways: they way I did it and a way that ends up with a x like Ming. I actually did it -x+x as I was focussed on the end x, but the - step can be done 1st or 3rd.
